Modern spirituality often asks us to surrender to beliefs, but for me, that approach can strip away our power. If we look at religion, especially its impact on the LGBTQ+ community, it has often caused harm rather than fostering growth. Much of religion is built on belief systems skewed to serve others, leaving us disconnected from our own truth.
As a Tantra teacher for men who love men, my goal is to guide you toward reclaiming your spirituality—not through borrowed beliefs, but through your direct experiences. Tantra invites you to explore the truth in your body, your energy, and your whole being. Your body holds ecstatic sensations and deep wisdom that serve as your compass on this spiritual journey.
Imagine taking a moment to connect with yourself: close your eyes, focus on your breath, and gently touch your body with full awareness. In doing so, you may feel shudders, quivers, or blissful sensations—your body speaking its truth. These experiences are your spiritual guide, far more reliable than external dogmas.
The power of Tantra lies in its focus on the body as a direct channel to enlightenment. Through practices that emphasize presence and embodiment, Tantra encourages us to live fully, feel ecstatically, and embrace the joy and truth within.
Only believe in what feels real to you, what you’ve experienced directly, and what resonates in your body. Use that as your compass for a deeper, more meaningful spiritual practice.
